Gov. Adamson Selects Nancy Joyce To Serve As School Safety Advisor

Statement From Governor Joshua Adamson

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

March 7, 2025

Governor Adamson today announced that he was selecting Nancy Joyce to serve as his Advisor On School Safety To The Governor, replacing Jane Maycom, who is slated to become the 2nd Director of the National School Safety Commission in the Laylin Administration. While I am sad to see Mrs. Maycom leave my administration, she will do great things for the incredible people of the United States Of Jesstopia, by protecting schools across this nation. Mrs. Maycom helped me select Mrs. Nancy Joyce, who she says will be an incredible advisor to me in my endeavors to continue promoting school safety, while maintain a normal school experience for students across this state.

Mrs. Nancy Joyce will assume office as soon as Jane Maycom is confirmed for the role. She is going to continue to serve in this administration until that time, and will work to transition Joyce into her new role as my advisor. I thank Jane for her years of dedication to securing our state's schools and for the last year of her friendship and guidance. Best of luck to you Jane and I look forward to working with you Nancy.

Signed,

Joshua Adamson

Governor Of Mesa
