ALDEN - Today marks one year since the horrific bombings that killed over 12 people in North Lorray. On this day, we remember the customers and associates who lost their lives at Product Mart store 1430 in Nox City, North Lorray. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the victims, their families, and the residents of Nox City. May that day never ever be forgotten or those lost last year.

Inaugural Address

MAY 9, 2023 - On May 9, 2023, Joshua Adamson was sworn in as Mesa's 20th Governor and will carry out the remainder of former Governor Kirk Paul's term which is set to expire on November 18, 2023.

Gov. Adamson Visits Ashton, Ashbury, Mesa To Discuss Funding New Airport

May 16, 2023 - Early today, Governor Adamson visited Ashbury, Mesa to discuss the details of the brand new Ashton International Airport, that is proposed to build constructed on Crater Lake. The airport's main terminal will host international services, including border security measures, and other safety services.

"It is incredible to see such an amazing airport be built under my guidance," said Adamson. "This airport will be the staple of Ashton, an incredible town of Eastern, Mesa.

According to developers, the airport would serve as a main hub for Mesa Airways. The airline also said that it would house Arrow Airlines gates on the main terminal. The airport is estimated to cost over J256 million dollars and most of the cost will be provided by the Mesa State Department Of Education And Port Authority Of The State Of Mesa. 

Governor Joshua Adamson says the new terminal will reflect the name of former Vice President Sam Simon who worked heavily to reform the public transportation networks, including airports, train stations, and more. The terminal at the new Ashton International Airport will be named the Sam Simon South Terminal.
